To update this question. I tried without GDM, just with startx, same situation. Then I tried Chromium and Xorg stayed at 5%. So, it seams it's only related to Iceweasel. To check if it has something to do with Debian's changed version, I downloaded Firefox binary from mozilla.org, but even with this version Xorg still eats RAM.
