It's called a "dynamic DNS (DDNS) client" and runs on your router (it sends the new IP to the DDNS server whenever your router gets one). Most home routers come with built-in support for some DDNS protocols. Of course, I recommend upgrading your router to a firmware like OpenWRT if at all possible, and not just so you get a large choice of DDNS clients. Stefan
