Yes. You can either edit /etc/apticron/apticron.conf or --
probably better -- edit /etc/aliases to include something like:

root: ghesk...@shentel.net

so that all mail to root gets forwarded to you.

After editing /etc/aliases, you should run

sudo newaliases

to make it take effect.
