Agreed! That won't stop Gene from misconfiguring unattended-upgrades, but it will certainly remove his justification for blaming his mistake on Lennart Poettering. Then again, as there was no logical connection to Lennart Poettering in the first place, I guess he can still go right ahead! As a bonus, he will write about it on some Devuan list and not here.
