You might be able to distinguish the two by asking Haines to send you an email, and seeing whether you receive it or it bounces. AIUI, zen will be cagey about saying why they think emails are spam, because revealing that information helps spammers circumvent their filters. You may be able to do nothing more than report the problem and hope for some (silent) action to occur eventually. Cheers, David.
