The 40k of reserves is basically for unidentified future spending needs, I've already assumed that DebConf seed funding can exist in <20150320183901.ga6...@halon.org.uk>. If there's known funds we're committing to, then that's not a general reserve. I'd rather not spend the time to put together a full budget during the campaign period, especially as DDs don't have access to the full picture as far as I can tell, but I can do so if you think it would be valuable?
