Martínez on the other hand is very active but couldn't get nominated due to a technicality.
Of course, you are free to personally believe Sruthi is the better fit and I respect that. But given that participation in the project is considered a valuable criterion for leadership, I find it difficult to say that Martínez's inability to be nominated isn't an issue.
