Having just re-read all of the ballot options in preparation for voting, I
wanted to gently register my disagreement with this evaluation. There are
several options that have similar thrusts, but the details are different
in important ways. All of the options felt quite distinct to me, and I did
not at all feel like I was picking ballot options at random.

It is indeed difficult to create a fully ordered ballot, but I think
that's because the issues and tradeoffs are complex and my opinions are
not fully ordered. But I don't think another month (or another year) of
discussion would change that, and I was able to vote a fully ordered
ballot after some thought and reflection.
