Or we could just stop depending on xserver-xorg from -core. I noticed xserver-xorg is mentioned in several packages like gdm3, kde-plasma-*, lxde. So people may actually end up with no xorg package installed. Maybe we should ship xsf-docs in the xserver-xorg package then?
