You can't whitelist subnets based on the CIDR (such as 
12.105.213.128/25).  However, in this case you could have a line "WHITELIST 
IP 12.105.213.", which would whitelist all IPs beginning with 12.105.213. 
(the same as 12.105.213.0/24).
