Scott, although that would be the easy way, it appears Bennie only has
half of that block.

Unless I am mistaken, 12.105.213.128 to 12.105.213.255 is the block with
255.255.255.128 as the subnet mask.

You can't whitelist subnets based on the CIDR (such as 
12.105.213.128/25).  However, in this case you could have a line
"WHITELIST 
IP 12.105.213.", which would whitelist all IPs beginning with
12.105.213. 
(the same as 12.105.213.0/24).
