Why would my IMGATE machine fail the HELOBOGUS test when HELO/EHLO data header returns:
220 hasna.jeeran.com - ESMTP - Postfix - Ahlan Wa Sahlan
Which seems complaint to me. Here is the error in the log file:
Msg failed MX; testing A (HELOBOGUS ) [0 1 0 ]
The problem is that the IMGATE machine is sending an HELO/EHLO data that doesn't have an MX or A record.
So the real question here is what HELO/EHLO data the machine is sending. If you send the top Received: header from one of your E-mails, we can see what the HELO/EHLO hostname is.
