The HELO/EHLO hostname is indeed hasna.jeeran.com. And hasna.jeeran.com has an A record.
My guess here is that your DNS server that you use with IMail and Declude also acts as a local DNS server, and thinks that it is authoritative for the jeeran.com domain -- but doesn't have an A record for hasna.jeeran.com.
