Yes, I think this is what happening. My ISP has a zone for us to perform the reverse DNS, but they are not our Primary or Secondary DNS for the domain. So the easiest and quickest solution would be is for them to add an MX/A record for our mail domains.

And hasna.jeeran.com has an A record.
