I typoed, it is 65.69.201.192/27, and my zone is
192/27.201.69.65.in-addr.arpa.

Actually, the swbell servers are just sending the request to your DNS servers, so DNS clients will look up "192.201.69.65.in-addr.arpa" (without using any CNAMEs). Your DNS server is not returning any answers for that.


If you add a PTR record for 192.201.69.65.in-addr.arpa, you should be all set.
