Anyone know how I can find out what version of Declude we're running?

You can type "\IMail\Declude -diag" from a command prompt to find out.

Any suggestions as to what we should be running?

We normally recommend the latest version (either 1.75 (the latest released version) or 1.80 (the latest beta)). But you need to make sure that your Service Agreement is up-to-date before you can download the latest version.

-Please include information to contact Declude as well....

You can send an E-mail to the declude.com support@ address for assistance.

Presently, the only way I've had reasonable success with Spam blocking is
when I setup the IMail Rules.....

Then most likely Declude JunkMail isn't running at all.

The next step would be to send us some diagnostic information from Declude. To do this, you can go to a command prompt and type "\IMail\declude -diag > diag.txt" (*exactly* like that, with no changes). This will report some diagnostic information to a file diag.txt, which you can send to our support@ address. We can take a look at it to see what the problem may be.
