I had the same problem. The declude.exe is about 1/2 of the size as the one it replaced.
That actually is normal -- the old declude.exe file had quite a bit of extra (unnecessary) debugging code in it. This smaller version removes that code, which makes Declude slightly more efficient.
I emailed support but I imagine they are fixing it, I have not heard back from them..
The person in charge of the install program just got in, so I expect you should get a response shortly.
