About  2 years ago, I posted the mechanism for using only IMail to get
this functionality: you restrict the QUEUEMGR service account's access
to  the  HOSTS  file. (I don't know if anybody took me up on it, since
most people don't tweak things as much as I do.)

I  find  this  solution suboptimal in today's world in which rejecting
unknown  recipients  at  the  envelope  is  essential,  which is why I
recommend instead the use of full virtual hosts and alias tables.
