Thanks, David. Can't remember precisely what I included in my earlier message to the list, but my installation definitely went south around 8 a.m. yesterday. In addition to only allowing a few emails through (10's instead of 10,000's) over 24 hours, Decludeproc memory went over 500MB (according to Task Manager). No errors were found in the events viewer. Also the beginning lines of the dec*.log normally state:
Log level set to Low (<- in my case) Declude V3.0.5.22 for Imail The "Declude" line was missing from dec1225 & dec1226 log files. It required a system reboot after Decludeproc could not be stopped. Then after a slow period of processing, I added "DNSOVERRIDE (my DNS IP)" to Declude.cfg and a restart of Decludeproc, mail flowed pretty well.
