I am having the exact same problem, since Fri my IPs have been blacklisted, removed re-blacklisted, removed... I have spoken to several people, left innumerable voice mails, and the only common story I have received is to contact brightmail at http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/ent-brightmailkb.nsf/docid/2004120812474063 I have sent brightmail an email detailing the situation, and the web page says they will respond within 7 days!! If you find any info, please let me know as well, and I'll do the same.
