My advice, since I just did the upgrade from the same version, is to call support and have them talk you through the update. They will do this since there are many changes between the two versions

I don't think there are any significant anti-spam advances in the new Declude base product.
 
Declude added the CommTouch addon.
Or look at INVURIBL (cheapest solution) or Message Sniffer.
