I just fixed the problem a short time ago.  It seems even shutting down the
imail services before installing the patches did not fully complete the
upgrade.  After I rebooted the imail server all the services started back up
and listed the correct version numbers.  Before that point I was running
into all sorts of problems including web messaging not going past the login
screen, and finally progressing to the service stopping and not being able
to restart it.

If the 7.06 patch does not work, then you need to run the 7.06 full
version.

I had the same problem.

You will have to contact Ipswitch for a username and password to
download.

This is slightly off topic however I thought someone here might have run
into this.  I just loaded the new 7.06 and 7.06 HF1 Patches for Imail
and
now the web interface service will start and still lists version 7.05.
Any
ideas what could be causing this?  I have tried to redo the patches a
couple
times and that did not help either.  I also downloaded a new copy of the
web
templates and that didn't do anything either.  Any ideas?
