Does a Outlook 'CR' Vulnerability virus alert always mean malicious intent? It seems that a lot possible spam gets flagged like this.
It doesn't always mean malicious intent -- it does, however, indicate that it is not possible to automatically detect whether or not the E-mail is malicious (and therefore it should be assumed that the E-mail is malicious until proven otherwise, even though it probably was just poorly constructed).
