I checked the Declude log file and see no errors. Only normal
reporting on message's that fail whatever test. I checked the
virus.cfg file and I do have DELIVERERRORS ON in the file. I
just turned on Declude again in the registry and everything stops.
I put smtp32.exe back in and everything works.

Have you checked the Declude log file(s) to see if they are reporting
any
errors? This could happen, for example, if the virus scanner reported
that
all E-mail contained viruses (or was always reporting an error, and you
do
not have the "DELIVERERRORS ON" line in your virus.cfg file).

Are the E-mails in the \IMail\spool\virus directory?
