I replied back by email to them about the ICS and the discontinuance of Imail and they called me via phone and let me know that they were now not going to be doing away with Imail, due to the outcry from their client base. Although they didn't say what the support costs were going to be.

These are not maintenance fees but cross grade.
It's only 10 TIMES the cost of the current renewal for an Unlimited version
of Imail.
