I may be missing something, but the last change to the notice file was over
a year ago and it had been working fine - text starts on line 1, one blank
line after to, from, subject; it sits in c:\imail\declude folder.  Even
stop/restarted services (Imail's and Decludeproc ).

I was told the 3.0.5.21 version fixes the problem in IMail but not in
SmarterMail.

Since I'm using SmarterMail, I'm waiting for version 3.0.5.22.
