I still must be missing something. Stopped decludeproc service, copied and renamed new file, restarted service, and verified version (.22) Then sent attached zip from internal and external (Yahoo) accounts. Both were stopped. But still no notice. Even stopped and restarted SMTP and Queue manager.
I'll submit my cfg and eml to Declude. Maybe they will see something.
