Hi! Thank you very much for the branch. I am also nervous about the proliferation of Add/Remove buttons next to those lists. I like the idea, but would like a nicer UI if possible. I'll have to do some thinking.
Also, we'd have to make sure that the code that hands the files to duplicity doesn't do any processing that assumes directories. Maybe a new test for file support would be appropriate. Since deja-dup is nearing 18.0 release, we're past feature freeze.
