Sounds great, thanks for the feedback.  I certainly understand about the 
feature freeze.  Let me know if you come up with any ideas for ways to make the 
UI better.  One Idea I had was to get rid of the add/remove buttons completely, 
and make the listbox a drag/drop area where one could drag files or folders to 
be backed up.  This could be for the include as well as exclude lists.

This certainly reduces the buttons and cleans up the interface, but i'm not 
certain that it's actually simpler.  I'm certainly a more advanced user than 
maybe the base use-case for deja-dup, but I don't know if i'd like having to go 
open up nautilus windows, browse where my files are, then arrange the windows 
in such a way that I can drag/drop to/from them (although the deja-dup window 
is small by default, which is good)....
