Well, you will probably have to use multiple components. Something to read in a picture and then use a pre-made SWF library component like (a quick Google search turned this up): http://www.delphiflash.com/ You could also download the specifications for the SWF file format: http://www.adobe.com/licensing/developer/ And roll your own. IIRC, you can only display PNGs in SWF.
