Hi, I have not worked with Internet Explorer from Delphi, but found that I can specify a custom text as footer directly in Internet Explorer (File -> Page Setup).
Considering that you have access to the applicant's name displayed in the web-page and can modify the footer, why not set footer to applicant's name directly? I can create a workaround by making the name show as the windows title and then including '&w' in the footer, but they would prefer not to have the name as the windows title!
