My ears! I'm shocked to hear Delphi users talking like this. Does D6 such compared to D7 too? And did D5 ever rock in it's day? I liked it so much, I reluctantly upgraded to D6 and really didn't think it was necessary at the end of the day.

Also most of the documentation examples and info seem to be geared more towards D7 to put it mildly D5 really does suck.. I have the non pleasure of working with the crap at work.. where I wish I could rewrite this application that I work with in D7.. but what makes it so hard is that D5 all the BS version info you must include when installing components.. D7 is so much better.. and if your really up for an upgrade.. I would look at RAD 2007 it but D7 would give you all that and then some.. trust me on that one --- [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: > > > 5 sucks 7 rocks and ditto? > > But can you say why?
