[delphi-en] How to? Application checks to see if upgrade is available

Good Morning!

   I want to have my application check to see if an update is available from my 
website.

   Can anyone recommend a component and/or method of doing this?

   Delphi 6 on Windows XP.

   The less expensive the better. This is freeware.
