Hi All
I have just looked at the BDE 5.01 upgrade self extracting file on the Borland
page.
It is around 12 Mbytes.

A complete BDE 5.01 installation as created by the Wise installation software
(from the copy of the BDE shipped with D5) is about 3.7Mbytes.

Why would I not use the latter? Is it to do with leaving existing BDE
configuration intact?

Thanks

Confused of Rotorua (alias Mark)
