There is a difference between the whole BDE and the kitchen sink - I haven't
looked at the documentation for a while, but I did go through it all once
when we decided which way to go and the extra stuff isn't padding.

Yes.... but the Wise installation size reported WAS for the WHOLE 32 bit
BDE --
I thought.  Is that not correct?
