Why not write an algorithm of your own?
If you want to go the world standard way then mail me personally. I
have done some heavy encryption work and I don't mind sharing
the code of some standard classes written by me.
The combination includes -
MD5 - (hashing)
RC4 (128) - (encryption)
RSA (1024) - (encryption)
Certificates, (authentication), etc.
