I heard there is over supply of LCD this year and following years. So we can expect price for 17 inch LCD monitor around NZ$500 this year. That is just my guess.

It seems that this might be a cheaper price because they are trying to sell out all the acer branded peripherials and replace them with the new BenQ brand. It is the AL922.
