A supplementary question:
Can one install both D7 and D2010 and the Turbo Power libraries under
Win 7 x32 on the same machine, perhaps in separate partitions and/or as
separate non-administrator users without registry and user data
conflicts? Any advice will be appreciated.

You can install D7, D2007 and D2010 on the same machine using VMWare. I
practice that for D7 and D2007 in a separate virtual machine and D2010
under Windows7. Using the loopback-connector you can even use the same
source-file-directories (if you want to do so) on the real machine.
