I am also confused at to what you are asking for Plexus. When adding a
torrent in GTK you can enter the server filesystem path manually in
'Download Location' without any issue.
Are you sure you are connected to the server's deluged because it sounds
like you are connected to localhost. Can you check the details in the
connection manager.
