MIDI input works on Windows, version 2.2.0, "out of the box"

Including chord entry (which is my main concern at the moment) -- pressing Alt
and the MIDI keyboard key adds a chord note at the cursor.

(The windows version has its unrelated quirks -- for example: won't let me
close the Print View (!?!) - can't x out of it, nor find where to disable it in
preferences. Another: I check-mark "Display Controls for Playback" in
preferences, and nothing happens, the controls don't appear)
