finale refugee here seeking help with getting denemo to work. 1) I have a midi controller (no sounds) plugged in to my computer and can enter notes easily enough.there is no sound on playback. how can i get sounds to playback? The manual does not give any guidance on this, stating merely that "Denemo lets you hear your score, using an internal synthesizer." How do I activate this internal synthesizer? I do not have this problem with other notation programs. 2) How can I set up the program so that it doesn't automatically enter everything I play when I am testing out ideas? This was not a problem with finale, but it is a problem with musescore, so I am looking for an alternative.
