Attaching derby-6980-02-aa-addOverviewPageToInternalJavadoc.diff. This patch
adds an overview page to the internal javadoc. I simply re-used the overview
page used by the public API. Now the internal javadoc's landing page has a
legend which explains the color-coding of the module diagrams.
