Attaching derby-6980-05-aa-miscCleanup.diff. This patch cleans up various
miscellaneous problems with the Derby user documentation. I discovered these
problems while skimming the Derby docs for issues related to modularization.
Also attaching a tarball of corresponding html output:
derby-6980-05-aa-miscCleanup.tar.
Certain broad categories of problems are addressed here:
* There were references to how Derby behaved on old JVMs (pre-Java 9). This
verbiage seemed unnecessary because 10.15 won't even run on those old JVMs.
* I also took the liberty of replacing references to CD-ROMs with references to
thumbdrives. Let me know if you think I should use some even more modern term
for removable media.
* The Derby Unix scripts were given a .ksh extension. I removed that extension.
* Many references to the classpath were replaced by references to
classpath/modulepath.
* I expanded lists of user-defined objects to include types and aggregates.
