Attaching derby-6980-06-aa-updateMinimumJDK-inDocs.diff. This patch causes the
release machinery to build the docs using a minimum.jdk value equal to the
min.version value in defaultcompiler.properties. This will make the release
docs correctly describe the minimum JVM version needed to run the release.
Touches the following file:

Set minimum.jdk=min.version in the builduserdocs target.
