I have updated the list of releases understood by JIRA:
* Added 10.16.0.0 as the head of the development trunk
* Renamed 10.15.0.0 to 10.15.1.0, the first release candidate on the 10.15
branch.
* Added 10.15.1.1, the new head of the 10.15 branch.
