Adding a small patch that fixes up the areas I mentioned in a comment:
testing/README.htm; tools/testing/reporting/TEMPLATES/testenv.sh and also adds
the languages to the Network server Servlet.
If this looks good, I'll add it to trunk and 10.2
Also, I spotted 2 places in some other guides where the locales are referenced,
I'm building a patch for that...
