Thanks for the comments. I have tried to incorporate most of the comments. But
about the tracing property not set after the first run, I posted a seperate
mail on this regard and didn't get any reply. I think it is the same issue as
DERBY-2209. If that is the case then, it is bug. Can any one please confirm?
Also please review and if looks good please commit
