This patch removes the methods Knut mentioned in the previous comment. As
mentioned before, these methods aren't used for DRDA commands but for the
arguments of the DRDA instructions, for this reason they shouldn't be handled
by the CCSID manager.
I've already ran suites.all and derbyall on this patch with no failures.
