Hi Knut
Actually connectionXADecorator is already used in PreparedStatementTest. I
tried by putting in debug messages and was able to reproduce the same behaviour
i.e. methods in BrokeredPreparedStatement40 are called but are shown as
uncovered in emma code coverage report.
