After the discussion here I * removed the palettes Web, Cmyk, Gallery, Palette, and Scribus [1], * reworked Html with a new order [2], * made a few changes to the Tango names [3], and * added Breeze [4].
Furthermore I created ticket tdf104052 [5] to add the LibreColor palette (would say this name is better than CIE-HLC). Please add the soc-file, Christian. Or send it to me in case you want to get supported. Open task is to beautify the standard.soc. Not sure that removing Sky Tango 1 for instance doesn't break anything.
